If the sound loop is glitchy. You can try reseating the micro SD Card. You don't need to turn the unit off while doing this.
Steps:
1. Push in the SD card to reject, and again to put it back in. The sound loop should stop playing and the blue light should go off. When the SD card is pushed back in, the sound and the blue light should come back on.

Also, try changing the sound loop to something else via theme settings and see if the noise goes away.
