There was a report that the rain tubes accidentally rolled and pointed drip holes to the side instead of pointing down. This causes the water to leak into the small opening causing damage to the LED board. To prevent this from happening, we can use clear tape to stop the tubes from rolling.

Clear Scotch Tape
Steps
- Open up the lid and leave it open
- Make sure that the drip holes are aligned on each rain tube
- Once aligned, tape down each tube like the picture below to stop it from rolling
